On January 28, Acelero Learning, Mayor John Hohenfeldt, and Representative Christine Sinicki hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at its newest Five-Star early learning center in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Acelero Learning Wisconsin operates seven Five-Star Head Start facilities in Milwaukee County, including an existing center in Cudahy in the same commercial property. In total, Acelero Learning Wisconsin will now serve 203 children from ages zero-to-five in Cudahy. Acelero Learning is extremely excited to bring additional federal resources to Cudahy to provide world-class services to children and families in the community.
“At Acelero Learning, we believe that every child -- regardless of income, zip code, or ethnicity -- deserves a world class education in a world-class facility,” said Sarah Barton, Executive Director of Acelero Learning Wisconsin. “If it is not good enough for the Mayor or our Representative to send their children, it is not good enough for the children in Cudahy. We are proud to have met that standard.”
